Our HOP curriculum is the first in the nation to be accredited by a major university. SPARTAN HOP Champion Course online and in-person graduates receive three Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) awarded by the School of Engineering (Advanced Safety Engineering and Management Program) at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

SPARTAN coaches are HOP experts who provide consulting, education, HOP implementation, and keynote services. Our services are scalable and are often customized for our clients to better reflect their current mission/vision, industry, desired terminology, and other factors.

Cost varies depending on the service(s) provided, scope of engagement, duration of contract, and degree of customization desired. Pricing is at an industry-competitive rate for the number and quality of coaches provided and services performed. Discounts can be negotiated based on the length and size of each contract.

Consulting, education, and keynote speaking services can be performed either in person, virtually, or via a hybrid model (mixed asynchronous, live virtual, and in-person delivery). Assessment consulting and HOP implementation services are performed onsite and in person.

While multiple delivery options are available, we prefer to conduct live, in-person engagements to enhance and enrich contact with attendees and to better leverage hands-on exercises and tool practice/application.

SPARTAN coaches are more than academics who can deep dive HOP origins, principles, and theory, we are experienced elite operators who have decades of experience in developing leaders, optimizing teamwork, and practicing HOP in the real world. We offer simple but powerful solutions and strategies to implement HOP in your organization.

SPARTAN coaches are committed to assisting our clients to build and navigate their own, unique HOP journey to ensure a return on investments through enduring positive change in safety, performance, and culture.
